20 MM PORCELAIN TILES: FUNCTIONALITY AND AVAILABLE INSTALLATION METHODS
Extra-thick porcelain stoneware is the most suitable solution for both outdoor and indoor heavy-traffic floor coverings – such as vehicle spaces in a garage, where it is installed with adhesive – because it is resistant to loads and stresses, waterproof, stain-resistant, resistant to chemicals and flame retardant, frostproof, resistant to thermal shock, atmospheric agents and light.
From an aesthetic point of view, Marazzi’s 20 mm stoneware tiles offer great scope for customization thanks to collections dedicated to different tactile finishes – wood, marble, stone, terracotta and concrete – and to the range of colours, which encompasses light and dark tones, warm and cold shades of grey, white, black, beige, yellow, red and brown.

Compared to outdoor wood, 20 mm porcelain stoneware stands out for its resistance to weather conditions, sunlight, and humidity, in addition to requiring less maintenance than wood, which can be subject to warping and deterioration over time.
In comparison to concrete, porcelain stoneware offers a greater aesthetic variety and superior resistance to wear and weather conditions, maintaining its original appearance over time without requiring costly maintenance interventions.
