Villa Vlad is at Forte dei Marmi, in the province of Lucca.
This 1970s home was restyled by architect Michele Vitaloni of Charmitaliastudio, who combined the pale colours of travertine marble with the dark hues of wood and Corten steel to achieve an architectural look in perfect harmony with the characteristics of the original building, partly clad with natural stone and wood, and the surrounding environment.
Allmarble marble-effect porcelain stoneware, in the Travertino colour, which accurately evokes all the aesthetic qualities of the natural material, plays a central role in the project as its predominant linking feature.
Used in the 60x120 cm size with structured surface and in the extra-thick 40x120 cm size in the outdoor area around the house and to line the elegant infinity pool, winner of the “best residential swimming-pool” award, Allmarble Travertino stoneware provides all the elegance of marble in combination with outstanding technical performances, thanks to its exclusive manufacturing technologies.
Inside the building, in continuity with the outdoor area, Allmarble Travertino in the 60x120 cm size with natural finish was chosen for the flooring of the living area, teamed up with wood, and to finish the geometrical forms of the fireplace in the lounge.
