In the heart of Provence, a new bistro designed by Jean-François Parodi of the SA&RO firm reflects the more cosmopolitan side of Hyères. La Brasserie des Îles is notable for its unconventional choice of colourful furnishings and materials, presented in bold combinations.

In the dining area, which occupies almost all of the premises, the table tops are covered with The Top Marble Look colorbody marble-effect porcelain stoneware in the glossy Capraia finish (162x324 cm, 12 mm thick), also replicated in the Grande Marble Look version on the wall of the wine cellar (160x320, 6 mm thick). The dark glossy texture of Grande Marble Look Saint Laurent (120x240 cm, 6 mm thick) welcomes guests at the bar and provides a backdrop for the conversation area, enlivened by the bright yellow and blue seats.
