Mirabilis Relais, in the heart of Naples, combines history and elegance for an authentic experience of the city. The restoration project by architect Pasquale Bianchini attractively combined original features with contemporary touches, including the creative use of porcelain stoneware

Mirabilis Relais is an elegant historic gem, set in the heart of Naples. It is the perfect location for anyone seeking a classy, authentic experience of the city rather than simply a place to stay. Here the past reigns supreme, welcoming guests to an interior with a mood of antique sophistication, with high ceilings, pristine white arches and wooden beams.

Architect Pasquale Bianchini has restored the hotel with great skill, recovering and highlighting its original features with a delicate touch while adding a contemporary spirit with iconic design pieces that harmonise tastefully with the historic interiors.

One of the project’s key characteristics is the use of porcelain stoneware in the bedrooms. Specifically, the Treverksoul collection was chosen to create a mood of timeless refinement and warmth. The parquet-effect Treverksoul collection tiles in Neutral colour, installed in a herringbone pattern on the floors of the bedrooms and bathrooms, adds a touch of elegance and authenticity, evoking the Italian hand-crafting tradition with its natural textures and subtly varied shades.
