A major architectural and energy redevelopment project was carried out in 14 Via Fatebenefratelli, Milan, winning first prize in the Renovation - Future category at The Plan Award 2017. The project, which was managed by the Lombardini22 firm, involved the transformation of a 1940s residential building into an elegant contemporary office building. Marazzi’s SistemN and Plaster20 collections were chosen for this renovation project. 60x60 cm SistemN Bianco high-performance technical stoneware was chosen for the indoor floor coverings, in particular for the floor in the Lobby and for the elevator landings, while 60x60 cm Plaster20 Grey concrete-look stoneware, thanks to its 20 mm thickness, proved to be perfect for the raised floors of the panoramic terrace.
