Marazzi Group has been included, for the fourth consecutive year, in the Italy’s Best Employers 2026 ranking, published by Corriere della Sera.
This recognition rewards the Italian companies most appreciated by their employees, evaluating key aspects such as organizational well-being, quality of working life, sustainability, and professional development.
The ranking is based on an independent survey conducted by Statista, an online platform specialized in data collection and visualization, which gathered over 250,000 evaluations from 20,000 workers in Italy. The analysis considers more than 35 factors related to the workplace, including conditions, compensation, tools, leadership, company image, and growth opportunities.
The final score is mainly based on the willingness to recommend one’s employer, also integrating data from the past three years, with priority given to the most recent.
This result confirms Marazzi’s focus on creating an inclusive working context oriented towards people’s growth.
