After four consecutive years among the Best Employers Italy, in 2026 Marazzi Group also enters for the first time the Europe’s Best Employers ranking created by Statista in collaboration with the Financial Times.
An important recognition that broadens the scope of an evaluation already established at the national level and confirms the value of the work carried out every day by our people, both in Italy and in the various countries where the Group operates.
The research is based on independent and anonymous surveys addressed to employees of thousands of European companies, with the aim of identifying those most appreciated for quality of the workplace, corporate culture, trust, inclusion, and the ability to value people.
For Marazzi, this result is also further confirmation of a path built over the years through genuine attention to people, professional growth, widespread responsibility, and initiatives aimed at fostering a workplace that is ever more fair and inclusive, as also confirmed by the recent achievement of Gender Equality Certification.
