The Marazzi flagship store in Saint-Germain-des-Prés takes part in Paris Design Week with its most important innovations for 2022 and is included in the Promenade Atypique, which selects the most “atypical” and unique locations from those participating in the event.
Paris Design Week urges us to experience the city by walking its districts in search of concept stores, specially created show windows, vernissages and meetings with companies and designers. It is a celebratory event that focuses on the world of design and interior decoration and on the capital city’s vast circuit of flagship stores. There are recommended routes from the Rive Gauche to Opéra-Concorde, from Étoile to the Palais-Royal and from the Marais to the Bastille, each, in its own, way, illustrating a specific aspect of design.
Marazzi takes part with an exhibition of its main innovations for 2022, presented in the iconic Saint-Germain-des-Prés showroom: three floors of a Haussmann-era building, where perfectly conserved historic details such as plasterwork, decorated mirrors and stone fireplaces dialogue with the many ceramic and porcelain stoneware surfaces on display, available in a vast range of sizes, from the small glossy tiles with a hand-crafted air of the Crogiolo collection to the ultra-large slabs, for floor and wall coverings or for furnishing features such as countertops, tables, backsplashes and other furniture items. All with great tactile appeal.
In recognition of the showroom’s architectural beauty and its eye-catching installation, unusual for a tile industry brand, the flagship store is included in the Promenade Atypique, a special circuit selected by Espaces Atypiques Paris from the exhibitors at Paris Design Week, which aims to highlight unique locations and original, artistic exhibits.
