With 140 speakers including writers, economists, learning and human capital professionals, communication experts, artists, entrepreneurs, and more than 90 events in 7 different locations in the heart of Modena, the Learning More Festival (Modena, November 8-10), now in its third edition, delves into the future scenarios of training and human resource enhancement. Three days full of talks, workshops, and opportunities for discussion, developed across 7 thematic schedules: from neuroscience to augmented learning, artificial intelligence, 21st-century skills, education technology, family and digital technologies, to the theme of organizations that “learn to grow” in increasingly complex scenarios.
As part of the schedule on effective practices implemented by organizations for enhancing human resources in complex contexts, Luca Gatti, Director of Human Resources and Organization at Marazzi Group, will participate in the round table dedicated to designing well-being in organizations with managers from Emilbanca, Campari, and MIDA Consulting.
Marazzi Group’s concrete commitment to the well-being of people and the territory, through initiatives aimed at improving personal and work life quality and promoting a healthy and inclusive work environment, including People-ness, the company’s latest program dedicated to a 360° culture of the individual, are the topics that Luca Gatti will address in his speech on Friday, November 8 at 4:00 PM at the Complesso Santa Eufemia – Dome 3, Modena.
Learning More Festival is an event promoted and organized by FEM – Future Education Modena in collaboration with the Municipality of Modena and the Modena Foundation.
