Loma Verde

Granada Spain

Antonio García Bueno, owner of the architecture firm of the same name in Granada (Spain), designed the renovation of a single-family building on a small plot in Loma Verde, planning its total redevelopment from both an aesthetic and energy standpoint.

The garden surrounding the building contains a swimming pool area, which is particularly pleasant in the warm Andalusian climate. Marazzi’s Mystone Pietra di Vals series, created with High Performance technology, is the collection used for the horizontal and vertical covering of the pool, edges, steps and shower areas, chosen for its outstanding non-slip, tactile and weather-resistant qualities. Made of porcelain stoneware – here in Antracite finish, but also available in Greige and Grigio – it offers an incredible reproduction of the roughness and aesthetic appeal of quartzite. The different sizes used for vertical installation – 60x120, 30x120, 60x60 and 30x60 cm – and those used for horizontal installation in the non-slip version, are available to designers and accentuate the realistic randomness of natural stone installation.
