Cena 23 - Milan

Cena 23 is a new building in an area which is the focus of a major urban renewal project. It is designed to achieve A energy certification and deliver high levels of environmental sustainability. Lavish use of domotics, installation of photovoltaic panels and a high degree of thermal and noise insulation thanks to the ventilated curtain wall system, are some of this project’s key factors. From the architectural point of view, the exterior walls intended for cladding with a ventilated curtain wall were designed with the individual ceramic module in mind, to provide a final finish of exquisite precision. In particular, the sizes of the windows and doors are multiples of the ceramic module, for a flawless combination of architecture and ceramic covering.
