20mm thickness porcelain stoneware

The 20 mm-thick Marazzi porcelain stoneware collections are perfect for outdoor use, for covering terraces, staircases, gardens, paths and driveways, as well as walls, steps etc. It is thus possible to create continuity between indoor and outdoor floor coverings. 2 cm stoneware tiles can be installed dry on gravel, grass, a raised floor and sand, or with adhesive on screed.

Extra-thick porcelain stoneware is the most suitable solution for both outdoor and indoor heavy-traffic floor coverings – such as vehicle spaces in a garage, where it is installed with adhesive – because it is resistant to loads and stresses, waterproof, stain-resistant, resistant to chemicals and flame retardant, frostproof, resistant to thermal shock, atmospheric agents and light.

From an aesthetic point of view, Marazzi’s 20 mm stoneware tiles offer great scope for customization thanks to collections dedicated to different tactile finishes – wood, marble, stone, terracotta and concrete – and to the range of colours, which encompasses light and dark tones, warm and cold shades of grey, white, black, beige, yellow, red and brown.

In addition to small and medium porcelain stoneware tiles, Marazzi also offers large 40x120 and 50x100 cm tiles with extra thickness, designed for the exteriors of residential, public and commercial locations. The extra-thick collections offer a complete set of trims, such as coping tiles, U-edge tiles, step tiles, step risers and, – specifically for the pool edge – L edging tiles, grid tiles and gutter tiles. Extra-thick stoneware is also available in Marazzi’s high technical resistance collections, which are particularly tough.
