The latest ceramic and stoneware floor and wall tiles on show at Kortrijk in Belgium.
Marazzi is attending Biennale Interieur at Kortrijk, in Belgium, for the first time this year. The event, first held in 1968, centres on a non-profit organisation that has always worked in the field of architecture, design (including industrial design) and innovation, and has striven since the very first edition to extend its dialogue to include outsiders, not involved in the sector. Thanks to this more democratic approach to design, Biennale Interieur has grown a great deal during the last few years, in terms of both visitors and exhibitors; in fact, the many internationally famous design brands present have confirmed its strongly international character by attracting visitors from all over the world.
Marazzi is presenting some of its latest collections: Materika, large-sized, slimline thickness – 6 mm – ceramic wall tiles and 3D decors which won the ADI's 2015 Ceramics Design Award; the latest evolutions of wood effect stoneware Treverktrend and Treverkmust; the Allmarble marble effect ceramic slabs that reinterpret the beauty of seven exquisite types of the stone; the new Mystone stone effect stoneware versions – Bluestone and Ardesia – and SistemP, together with Memento, a porcelain stoneware collection inspired by concrete.
The vibrant, attractive Marazzi stand, 64 m2 in area, was designed by Gianluca Rossi of Uainot Architetti.
