There were 350 professionals and interior designers at the opening of the new display area in Katowice - Poland on 9 May: 500 m2 within the showroom of Domhit, a Marazzi customer of more than twenty years’ standing and a major reference point, not only for the city of Katowice but for the whole of Silesia, for ceramic and stoneware coverings, bathroom furnishings and fitted kitchens.

The Marazzi showroom occupies the whole of the third floor of the building and displays some of the top ceramic and stoneware collections, including the Treverkhome wood-look slabs, Brooklyn, the concrete-inspired stoneware used as floor covering through out the building, Progetto Triennale which greets visitors as they enter the building, covering an outside wall, Oficina7, Concreta Stonevision and Colorup, the large-size slimline wall tiles, and the Evolutionstone and Evolutionmarble collections, the stonewares inspired by stone and marble respectively.

The showroom also includes an area entirely dedicated to architecture and interior design professionals, with the Marazzi Colour Plan and its “Sistem”.

The evening was held in a spirit of festive good cheer. Those attending, and the entire town, were particularly delighted by the idea of decorating the building with ribbons and bows, like a huge present to Katowice and its people.
