The idea of presenting an exhibition dedicated to the work of Nino Caruso arose from the desire to trace an important artistic journey, which has become a bridge of knowledge and culture linking a variety of disciplines.
Caruso’s work establishes a connection, in time and form, between ancient and contemporary language, a structural node within an extremely contemporary, interdisciplinary view of knowledge, on which so much modern art and scientific research is focused.
Through his works, Caruso gives new life to the unification of many different voices: ceramic art, sculpture, design and architecture, interconnected with a craftsman-like technical skill that recalls the Renaissance artist, an underlying foundation that expresses physical and spiritual solidity, a love of the land and history.
